Fiat's set to reveal a 180 horsepower concept car called the Grande Punto Abarth "essesse" (Super Sport) for the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show next month. With double the power of the current Grande Punto Abarth, it's one hot and sexy li'l hatchback. Too bad we'll never get it, or any other hot little Euro hatches stateside.

Based on Fiat's Grande Punto three-door hatchback, the Abarth version will be powered by a 155 horsepower turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder. A 180 horsepower version will be available soon, which is double the horsepower rating of the standard Fiat Grande Punto.
